6/5 Town Hall Correction: ED1 projects have 60 day approval target, but most take longer

It was stated that ED1 projects are approved in 60 days. In fact, that’s a target. Actual Planning data shows it’s taking longer.

In reviewing ED1 projects in CD11, here are the actual number of days Planning took to approve Westchester’s first 4 ED1 applications.

Longer application processing time may be due to draft revisions required of the developer and/or Planning staff shortages.
