BaBWP has updated this map as of 30 Jan 2025 to document approved or pending ED1, 100% Affordable projects in the pipeline for zip code 90045. After reviewing both the Planning Departments ED1 case list and the City’s Lobbyist registration database, 90045 appears to be the only zip code of our community’s 4 zip codes** that has ED1 projects cued up.
