LAX New Roadway? Bad Plan.
LAX’s Sepulveda roadway improvement plan. It’s a bureaucratic zombie project with momentum based on reality 10+ years ago, pre-COVID. We can’t stop it. But BaBWP wanted to go on record questioning serious flaws in the proposals logic and value.
