September 2024 – City Planning Commission

What:

• Housing Element Rezoning Program Ordinances Public Hearing
• Will consider Housing Element Rezoning Program draft ordinances, including the Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) Ordinance, Housing Element Sites and Minimum Density Ordinance, and Resident Protections Ordinance.
• Following a staff presentation to CPC, members of the public will have a formal opportunity to provide comments on the proposed actions. Participants may join the CPC meeting in-person, online, or by phone to offer testimony.
• In lieu of attending the public meeting, comments may be submitted by email to [email protected]. Please include case number CPC-2023-7068-CA for CHIP Ordinance correspondence, CPC-2024-387-CA for Housing Element Sites and Minimum Density Ordinance correspondence, and CPC-2024-388-CA for Resident Protections Ordinance correspondence.
