On Tuesday, Nov 19, 2024 Building a Better Westchester-Playa presented a tutorial to the NC-PLUC** on the current status of Mayor Karen Bass’s “Executive Directive 1.” Transmission of this Mayoral directive was one Mayor Bass’s first acts in office, establishing a new workflow aimed at creating faster Planning Approval and Building Permitting to speed into construction of 100% Affordable buildings.
